    Job Responsibilities:

    The incumbent will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with large to middle-sized corporate clients in Hong Kong and China. He/She will work with each client proactively to develop and maintain a detailed understanding of their business and financial needs and offer the Bank's products and services to clients to maximize benefits and profits of the Bank.

    • Serve a designated portfolio of accounts in the Frontline Departments;
    • Develop the portfolio by prospecting new clients, cross selling and offer suitable banking services and financial advice to clients;
    • Work closely with product partners, business partners, China Everbright Bank's HQ and local branches and China Everbright Group companies to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients;
    • Prepare credit proposals and recommend them to higher authority for approval;
    • Monitor and maintain the assigned client portfolio at a high level of credit quality;
    • Assist Head of Department in the daily operations of the department.


    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years' commercial / corporate banking experience gained from local commercial / international banking environment;
    • A proven track record in sales and client relationship building with large to middle-sized China / local corporate clients;
    • Degree holder in Finance, Business or related disciplines;
    • Strong banking product knowledge including trade finance, structured loan, syndication loan, deposit, treasury and investment products. Knowledge and experience in structuring cross-border financing is essential;
    • Seasoned credit professional with strong analytical, credit analysis and risk management skills;
    • Strong report-writing capabilities on business and financial analysis, industry study, financial modeling etc;
    • Good forward planning and result-oriented;

    Job Responsibilities:

    The incumbent will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with large to middle-sized corporate clients in Hong Kong and China.     • Identify business opportunities and provide excellent financial solutions to clients in order to maximize department's performance and achieve business target;
    • Support the Department Head to accelerate the acquisition of clients in Hong Kong and China; Proactively source and hunt new business from CEB and non-CEB Group entities;
    • Drive referral business opportunities from Mainland branches to Corporate Banking and Trade Finance for execution and implementation, in order to maximize the overall performance and achieve business target in HK Branch;
    • Penetrate the potential clients from CEB Mainland branches and enhance the collaboration within CEB as a whole;
    • Collaborate with Corporate Banking and Trade Finance to deepen and broaden the growth in clients' business, in both volume and earnings;
    • Articulate the requirements on new product and financial solutions from clients and liaise/collaborate with Product and Business Development Department to explore the feasibility of developing and implementing;
    • Oversee and ensure the cross border business policy, processes and procedures are well set up and implemented;


    Job Requirements:

    • Degree holder in Finance or related disciplines with minimum 5 years' trade finance/ corporate banking experience;
    • Strong client network and good relationship with CEB Mainland branches;
    • Experience in cross border collaboration is a must;
    • A proven track record in sales and client relationship building to corporate clients;

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute an individual business plan to achieve, business referral and establish a book of new business;
    • Manage a client base of high net worth individuals to achieve business penetration and portfolio growth;

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related disciplines;
    • Possess qualifications under SFC for marketing investment products;
    • At least 3 years of relevant banking experience in serving high net worth individual customers in retail bank or private bank;
    • Familiar with KYC and account documentation with knowledge of wealth management products;
    • Familiar with private banking products and good knowledge in other retail banking products such as insurance and consumer lending;
    • Good knowledge in risk assessment and credit analysis;
    • Good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills;
    • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conduct pre/post trades and ad-hoc assignments ;

    • Develop trading strategy and make market updates for sales marketing;
    • Enhance the new product process through interaction with different stakeholders;
    • Strictly follow trading mandates, including but not restricted to limits, exposure in the individual level and firm level;
    • Assume ad hoc duties as assigned by the Team Head.


    Job Requirements:

    • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related disciplines;
    • Minimum 8 years working experience in FX and Interest Rates Derivatives, including but not restricted to IRS, CCS, Option on major currencies;
    • Exposure with China onshore rates and rates-related bonds is an advantage;
    • Familiar with dealing systems, such as Reuters, Bloomberg etc;
    • Proficient in professional computer applications, such as VBA, Excel, Word etc;
    • Will have exposure into other products such as onshore rates-related bonds;
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical skill, strong report writing and self-motivated;
    • Ability to work independently;

    Job Responsibilities:

    The incumbent will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with large to middle-sized corporate clients in Hong Kong and China. He/She will work with each client proactively to develop and maintain a detailed understanding of their business and financial needs and offer the Bank's products and services to clients to maximize benefits and profits of the Bank.

    • Responsible for a full range of market risk activities to report, monitor and control the Bank's market risk exposure;
    • Assist the team head in enhancing Market Risk management framework and related policies to fulfill regulatory requirement and supervision from ALCO, Risk Committee, HKMA and Headquarters;
    • Punctually and accurately produce routine risk management reports, mainly in the trading book, including internal, regulatory and public disclosure reports for the VaR, stress testing, back testing, scenario analysis and off-market checking results; explain the mark-to-market profit and loss; and use MS Excel and Access to automate the report and build up and maintain the related risk database;
    • Design and develop market risk reports for new products and business;
    • Responsible for price model validation for both vanilla financial products and complex structured products, especially those related to LIBOR transition;
    • Set up market data related to valuation of various financial products and routinely check the accuracy of the market data;
    • Handle ad hoc tasks and projects when required.


    Job Requirements:

    • Degree Holder in quantitative finance area (e.g. Risk Management / Financial Engineering / Financial Mathematics), preferably with Information Systems or Programming background;
    • Familiar with risk management techniques in VaR methodology, pricing models for FX and interest rate derivatives;
    • In-depth knowledge of financial products including pricing, market liquidity, and volatility;
    • At least 8 years of relevant experience in Treasury or Market Risk gained within the financial services sector;
    • Strong skills in VBA programming with MS Excel and Access;
    • Well-versed in Bloomberg and Reuters system;
    • FRM/CFA holder is preferred;
    • With can-do and proactive working attitude, and problem-solving skills;
    • Good communication skills with traders and other risk colleagues;
    • Fluency in English and Mandarin and solid written skills in English and Chinese are essential.
      



    Job Responsibilities:

    • Perform credit analysis and prepare thorough credit proposal write-up for corporate clients, Banks and Non-Bank FI clients;
    • Work closely with Relationship Managers on managing credit risk;

    • Provide excellent business/system analysis, design, QA, troubleshooting and make recommendations;

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Studies or related disciplines in IT field;
    • At least 8 years of solid experience in Banking / Financial institution industry;
    • Solid experience in mainframe / MS Intel development environment using COBOL, Microsoft.NET, C#, Visual Basic, J2EE, Oracle, SQL Server, Visual Studio, and Access;
    • Sound knowledge and solid experience in system architecture, technical design, and system development best practices;
    • Sound knowledge and solid experience in SDLC methodologies, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Object Oriented Design and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA);
    • Experience in Agile (Scrum) / DevOps development models, improving speed to go live and efficiency;
    • PMP or equivalent certification;
    • Experience in banking applications is an advantage;
